No shame in asking for help. Inhale courage, exhale fear.

Hello !!

Welcome to S.G. Therapy and Mediation Services. You may just be browsing, but if ever you are experiencing emotional and or relational stressors, you are at the right place (site). Self awareness and taking the steps towards self-care, putting the invisible mask on yourself is the scariest and first step in nurturing your soul. In absence of emotional safety and security, we tend to instinctually put up protective barriers or become combative. Therefore, therapy is a process of shedding maladaptive coping and reactive ways of interacting. Through the courageous journey of an affirmative, collaborative, and transparent therapeutic relationship, I hope to honor your intersecting stories, be an ally in helping you to be your authentic self and discover new ways of relating. As we step into and towards the circle of change, let us inhale courage and exhale fear.
